From this page, you can pay your City of Marlin Water bill as well as
your City of Marlin Municipal Court fines.
WATER PAYMENTS
You may pay your City of Marlin water bill here. Please make sure that
you have your account number handy when paying your water bill and remember
to print out and retain your reciept.
MUNICIPAL COURT PAYMENTS
Only CITY OF MARLIN MUNICIPAL COURT payments are accepted on this website.
DO NOT PAY COUNTY, DPS, OR JP COURT FINES HERE. The City of Marlin is
not responsible for payments made here that belong to another court. The
City of Marlin Will Not forward or post payments to another court.
Upon finding that a payment to another court has been made, a refund request
will be issued and may take up to 30 days to receive and the Municipal
Court will not provide documentation to any other court in reference to
an erroneous payment.
If you are in doubt about the jurisdiction of your fine,
please refer to the Courtesy Sheet provided to you at the time of the
citation. All City of Marlin citations will say City of Marlin and will
state Municipal Court. If your citation says anything other that this,
DO NOT MAKE YOUR PAYMENT HERE.
CITY OF MARLIN PERMIT FEES
Fees for City Permits may be paid here. You must fill out the appropriate
form from the Permits page and fax or scan email the permit application
back to the City of Marlin Permit Clerk along with the printed reciept
from the payment page. DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE FAXED OR EMAILED FORMS WERE
RECEIVED. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH THE PERMIT CLERK THAT YOUR PERMIT WAS ISSUED
BEFORE BEGINNING WORK.
